Who We Are

Jacob Beach and Alex Beach, owners of JA Horse Company LLC, started JA Land Management in 2021. With horses being primarily Alex's passion, Jacob decided to pursue JA Land Management as a way to grow and build his business passion.

With our hands-on farm lifestyle and years of experience operating equipment, we have built a broad range of skills and services that we provide to our community.

Our goal is simple: we want to provide quality work, have clear communication, and leave each job site with the customer feeling good about the services provided.

How We Do Business

Running a small business can be difficult, but we believe there are a few things that make all the difference to our customers.

Communication: We try to always be readily available and respond back to our customers. with any questions, estimates, and concerns they might have. We work hard to schedule and complete your projects to meet your deadlines and expectations.

Honesty: We always put our customers first. Sometimes we aren't the perfect fit for a project, or there may be a less expensive approach we can offer. Now, that doesn't mean we cut corners, but we know people work hard for their money, and we want to make sure our customers are provided with all of the possible options when starting a project.

Adaptability: Things happen, and we understand. Maybe the plans changed, your vision has evolved, or there is an unexpected problem. We will always make sure that our customers get what they are looking for and that the project gets completed. We will never start a project we aren't equipped to finish, period.
